Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Personalverrechner_in Ausmaß: Vollzeit - Arbeitsort: Steinhaus bei Wels - Anstellung bei: Kremsmüller - Eintritt: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Personalverrechnung

* Erstellung, Kontrolle und termingerechte Abwicklung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen

* Kompetente Ansprechperson für MitarbeiterInnen, Führungskräfte sowie Behörden in allen personalverrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen

* Mitarbeit bei Ein- und Austritten sowie eigenständige Abwicklung administrativer Personalprozesse

* Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen, Statistiken und personalrelevanten Kennzahlen

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im HR-Bereich

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Behörden

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK, HLW o.Ä.)

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Personalverrechnungsprüfung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Erfahrung mit Sage DPW von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung bzw. Personaldienstleistungsbranche

* Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie hohe Serviceorientierung

* Interesse an der Digitalisierung von HR- Prozessen sowie an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Lösungen

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 42.000 Euro vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich gegeben.
