Aktuell suchen wir als Verstärkung für das bestehende Team 1 Pflegeassistent/in

Wir suchen im Projekt "Schulassistenz/Kindergartenassistenz" eine neue Assistenzperson (m/w/d) für eine Stelle mit 26 Std./Woche in der VS Kumberg.

Diese Aufgaben setzen Sie bei uns um:

- Hilfe bei der Bewältigung der täglichen Anforderungen in der Schule,

- Hilfestellung beim An- und Ausziehen, Organisation,...,

- Hilfe bei der Basisversorgung (Essen, Toilettengang,...),

- Förderung von Sozialkontakten zu anderen Kindern,

- Unterstützung beim Erlernen von sozialen Fähigkeiten,

- Unterstützung beim "Selbstständigwerden",

- Medizinisch-pflegerische Maßnahmen nach Anleitung durch DGKP, PhysiotherapeutInnen, LogopädInnen,

ErgotherapeutInnen, PsychologInnen,...

Diese Qualifikation und berufliche Erfahrung bringen Sie mit:

- Ausbildung Pflegeassistenz,

- Erfahrung in der Arbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung erwünscht,

- wertschätzende Arbeitsweise,

- Engagement, Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit, soziale Kompetenz,

- klare Kommunikation und Einfühlungsvermögen,

- Motivation, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen,

- Spontanität, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzfreude.

Dieses Arbeitsumfeld wartet auf Sie:

Bezahlung nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV) in der Verwendungsgruppe 5,

(Bruttogehalt bei Vollzeit: 2.676,40 Euro in der Gehaltsstufe 1: Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten lt. KV)
