Die Häuser zum Leben sind Österreichs Marktführer in der Senior*innenbetreuung. Rund 5.000 Mitarbeiter*innen aus über 80 Berufen betreiben mit viel Herz und Kompetenz unsere 30 Häuser zum Leben sowie 135 Pensionist*innenklubs für die Stadt Wien.

Unsere Mitarbeiter*innen der Häuser zum Leben in den stationären Bereichen / im Betreuten Wohnen, leisten die bestmögliche Pflege und Betreuung für unsere Bewohner*innen. Ob neue Technologien oder Altbewährtes - mit unseren interdisziplinären Teams sorgen wir für die pflegerische und therapeutische Versorgung unserer Bewohner*innen. Und das angepasst an den individuellen Bedarf der Menschen, die in den Häusern zum Leben wohnen.

Ihre Aufgaben sind

* Durchführung/Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Bewohner*innen entsprechend GuKG-Bestimmungen

* Selbständige Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten

* Einhaltung von Pflegerichtlinien und -leitlinien

* Biografiearbeit

* Interdisziplinäre / multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit

Sie bringen mit

* Absolvierte Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent*in (gemäß GuKG)

* Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Geriatrie bzw. palliativen Versorgung wünschenswert

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Initiative sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamorientierung

* Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit alten Menschen

Gehaltsinformation

Das monatliche Gehalt nach SWÖ-KV (inkl. fixer Zulagen und Pflegezuschuss 2026, zuzüglich allfälliger zur Verwendung kommender Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtzuschläge) beträgt für Vollzeit mindestens € 3.243,52 brutto (1. KV-Jahr) bis maximal 4.225,32 brutto (36. KV-Jahr; bei einschlägigen Vordienstzeiten, die als Besserstellung zum SWÖ-KV zur Gänze angerechnet werden.
