Meine Aufgaben

Näher am Menschen

* Verantwortung für sämtliche Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse

* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die

* Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams sowie Bewerber:innenmanagement

* Laufende Evaluation der Pflegekennzahlen, des Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarfs sowie Optimierung der entsprechenden Angebote

* Verantwortung für rasches Feedback bei Anregungen und Beschwerden

* Kontakt für Netzwerkpartner und Ausbildungsstellen in der Region

* Belegungsmanagement und Mitwirken bei der Budgeterstellung

* Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

* Fähigkeit und Motivation, Wissen und Erfahrung weiterzugeben

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister) und abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach Vorgabe des jeweiligen Landesgesetzes bzw. Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung einer solchen je nach Vorgabe des jeweiligen Landesgesetzes

* Faire Bezahlung: Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 5.800,00 All-In (VSG-KV) für 39 Wochenstunden. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.
