Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams im SeneCura Sozialzentrum Rust in Vollzeit als 1 Pflegedienstleiter:in (PDL) (m/w/d) Meine Aufgaben -Näher am Menschen

* Verantwortung für sämtliche Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse

* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams sowie Bewerber:innenmanagement

* Laufende Evaluation der Pflegekennzahlen, des Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarfs sowie Optimierung der entsprechenden Angebote

* Verantwortung für rasches Feedback bei Anregungen und Beschwerden

* Kontakt für Netzwerkpartner und Ausbildungsstellen in der Region

* Belegungsmanagement und Mitwirken bei der Budgeterstellung

* Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

Mein Profil -Näher am Job

* Sicheres Auftreten, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungs- und Delegationsfähigkeit sowie Urteils- und Problemlösungsvermögen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Familien und Kolleg:innen

* Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit, Selbstreflexion, vernetzes Denken

* Fähigkeit und Motivation, Wissen und Erfahrung weiterzugeben

* Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations-Tools

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister) und abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikationen zur Pflegedienstleitung gemäß § 17 Abs. 7 Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz - GuKG

* Faire Bezahlung: Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 5.400,00 (All-In, SWÖ-KV) für 37 Wochenstunden. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.
