Der Sozialhilfeverband Urfahr-Umgebung ist ein modernes soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen und zählt zu den größten Arbeitgebern im Bezirk Urfahr-Umgebung. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit liegt in der Betreuung und Pflege von älteren Menschen. An 5 Standorten werden in unseren Bezirksseniorenhäusern über 400 BewohnerInnen begleitet und betreut.

Aktuell suchen wir 4 Pflegefachassistent_in oder Fach-Sozialbetreuer_in Arbeitsort: 4111 Walding

Alle Besetzungen sind Teilzeit- oder Vollzeit möglich.

Aufgaben:

* Sämtliche Tätigkeiten, die im Rahmen der Ausbildung nach dem Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz bzw. dem Oö. Sozialberufegesetz und dem jeweiligen Pflegekonzept vorgesehen sind

Aufnahmevoraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Freude und Verständnis im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen

* Bereitschaft zur Leistung eines unregelmäßigen Wechseldienstes mit Wochenend-, Feiertags- oder Nachtdienst

* freundliches Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen, Selbstständigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Auswahlverfahren für oben genannte Dienstposten:

* Möglichkeit einer Vorauswahl aus verwaltungsökonomischen Gründen

* Fachliche Begutachtung/Vorstellungsgespräch im jeweiligen Bezirksseniorenhaus

Allgemeine Aufnahmevoraussetzungen:

* die österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft; diese Voraussetzung wird auch durch die Staatsangehörigkeit eines Landes erfüllt, dessen Angehörigen Österreich aufgrund von Staatsverträgen im Rahmen der europäischen Integration dieselben Rechte für den Berufszugang zu gewähren hat wie Inländer/innen;

* die persönliche, gesundheitliche und fachliche Eignung für die vorgesehene Verwendung

* ausreichende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Männliche Bewerber: Ableistung des Präsenz- oder Zivildienstes

Aufnahmen erfolgen in ein Vertragsbedienstetenverhältnis zum Sozialhilfeverband Urfahr-Umgebung.
