Für unseren Kunden im Raum Grieskirchen suchen wir zur Verstärkung seines Teams 1 PFLEGEFACHASSISTENT_IN (Ref.Nr. 175) Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Wertschätzende Pflege und Begleitung von älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

* Unterstützung der Senior/Innen in der Nacht in allen Belangen

* Planen, evaluieren und dokumentieren des Pflegeprozesses

* Kontakt mit Angehörigen und Netzwerkpartner/Innen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachassistent/In

* Offenes Ohr für Wünsche, Sorgen und Ängste der Senior/Innen

* Sie ergreifen Initiative, wenn pflegerische Entscheidungen getroffen werden sollten

* Gute Umgangsformen

* Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz

Wir bieten:
