Ihre Aufgaben als Pflegefachassistent/-in arbeiten Sie im multiprofessionellen Team und stehen in engem Kontakt zu Pflegeassistenten/-innen und DGKP. Wir achten sehr darauf, dass jede Berufsgruppe ihr besonderen Kompetenzen einsetzen kann. Sie arbeiten ihr Ihrer Bezugsgruppe und haben dadurch eine enge Beziehung zu den zugeteilten Bewohner/-innen.

Wir suchen 2 Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d) in Wien Ihr Profil

* Ausbildungsnachweis bzw. entsprechender Nostrifikationsnachweis

* Gute Kenntnisse in Pflegeprozess und Pflegeplanung Ressourcenorientiertes Arbeiten

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Erfahrung mit EDV-Dokumentation von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse (B2 Level)

* Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister
