Door het beheer van hun agenda's breng je rust in de groepspraktijk in Zwolle. Bij ArboNed heb je een uitdagende en zeer dankbare baan. Je ondersteunt je collega's, helpt onze klanten en draagt bij aan het welzijn van hun werknemers. Hoe ga je #meerbetekenen als Planner Zwolle Bij ArboNed zijn onze (bedrijf)artsen verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van zieke werknemers in het midden- en kleinbedrijf. Onze re-integratieadviseurs melden werknemers van onze klanten aan voor het spreekuur, waarbij alle aanmeldingen (digitaal) bij jou terechtkomen. Als planner beheer je de agenda's van ongeveer 20 (bedrijf)artsen en ondersteunend personeel, en zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van de afspraken. Je hanteert verschillende richtlijnen om te bepalen welke afspraken prioriteit hebben, bijvoorbeeld op basis van psychologische casussen waarbij tijd een cruciale factor is, of wettelijke termijnen. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat je geen toegang hebt tot persoonlijke dossiers. Je prioriteert objectief op basis van de informatie die de adviseurs je verstrekken. Als planner vervul je een nieuwe rol die een zorg wegneemt bij de (bedrijf)artsen. Begin dit jaar hebben wij deze rol geïmplementeerd en dat mogen wij nu verder ontwikkelen. Je zal snel merken hoe dankbaar ze zijn als alle afspraken goed zijn ingepland, waardoor zij zich volledig kunnen richten op hun belangrijke taak: het begeleiden van werknemers. Bovendien biedt deze functie ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling, waarbij je kunt meedenken over verbeteringen in je werk en processen.
