The posting

Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een planner voor onze klant in Sint-Truiden. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en verhuur van grondverzetmachines.

Jouw takenpakket als planner bestaat uit:

  • Het analyseren van binnenkomende dossiers via de service- en verhuurbalie en het inschatten van benodigde tijd, wisselstukken en de juiste technicus.
  • Het raadplegen van machinehistorieken, technische handleidingen en het afstemmen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
  • Het controleren en tijdig bestellen van de nodige onderdelen.
  • Het aanleveren van technische gegevens voor het opmaken van hersteloffertes en het bepalen van het correcte facturatiedomein (garantie, onderhoud, verhuur of regulier).
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning voor het atelier en de buitendienst, inclusief de beurtrol voor de permanentiedienst.
  • Het bewaken van de werkplaatscapaciteit en doorlooptijden, en het proactief bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Het leiden van het dagelijkse opstartoverleg en fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor haalbaarheid en termijnen.
  • Het bijhouden van gegevens en de planning in ERP-software (PowerAll) en het voortdurend optimaliseren van de werkprocessen.
  • Het af en toe inspringen aan de servicedesk bij afwezigheid van collega's.

Als planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond in (grondverzet)machines en kan herstellingen inhoudelijk goed inschatten.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding of planning in een technische omgeving is een belangrijk pluspunt.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands; een goede basis van het Frans en Engels is een troef.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en een ERP-systeem (ervaring met PowerAll is mooi meegenomen).
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, cijfermatig en proactief, en blijft stressbestendig bij onverwachte wendingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan op niveau overleggen met technici en klanten.
