Ben jij een strategische en pragmatische leider die energie krijgt van het optimaliseren van complexe productieprocessen? Zoek je een sleutelrol met veel autonomie waarin je zowel de visie uitzet als het team op de vloer aanstuurt? Voor een sterke industriële speler in de regio rond Menen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Plant Manager.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Strategie & Planning: Vertalen van de lange-termijnvisie naar concrete kwartaal- en jaarplannen; stellen van heldere dagelijkse prioriteiten en behalen van operationele doelen.
  • Continuous Improvement: Verhogen van de efficiëntie en OEE via Lean-methodieken (Kaizen, 5S, WCM) op basis van scherpe data- en downtime-analyses.
  • Leiderschap: Coachen en aansturen van afdelingshoofden en shiftleaders. Je bouwt aan een veilige (HSE), transparante en resultaatsgerichte cultuur.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Stroomlijnen van de productie- en procesflows in nauwe afstemming met Supply Chain, Quality en Maintenance.
  • Rapportage: Bewaken van budgetten, kostenstructuren en KPI's met directe rapportage aan de directie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Masterdiploma (Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) en 5 tot 10+ jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving (ervaring binnen de textielsector is een pluspunt).
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Frans (essentieel voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de vloer) en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Profiel: No-nonsense mentaliteit, sterk met data en KPI's, en een mensgerichte, coachende stijl.
