Je werkt nauw samen met de calculator/bouwkostendeskundige en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen alle betrokken adviseurs en partners. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat het proces beheerst en efficiënt verloopt. Je richt je op het plannen, organiseren en optimaliseren van het volledige voorbereidingstraject. Daarbij bewaak je afspraken, planningen en kwaliteit, en draag je actief bij aan verbeteringen in het proces. Daarnaast ben je sterk in het technisch en kostenbewust uitwerken van projecten. Je beoordeelt ontwerpen op maakbaarheid, efficiëntie en kosten, en denkt mee over alternatieve oplossingen, innovaties en duurzame toepassingen. Je weet daarbij steeds de balans te vinden tussen kwaliteit, kosten en haalbaarheid. Ook houd je je bezig met het coördineren van het technische proces, waaronder vergunningen, contractbeoordelingen en het aansturen van adviseurs zoals architecten, constructeurs en BIM-modelleurs. Je bewaakt kansen en risico's en zorgt voor een goede afstemming met alle betrokken partijen, van opdrachtgevers tot externe stakeholders. Kortom: een veelzijdige rol waarin je techniek, organisatie en kostenbeheersing samenbrengt om tot optimale en haalbare bouwplannen te komen.
