Jij zorgt dat onderhoudsprojecten technisch, financieel en organisatorisch goed zijn voorbereid voordat de eerste steiger wordt opgebouwd. Bij planmatig onderhoud draait het niet alleen om een begroting en een planning. Je beoordeelt de bestaande situatie, onderzoekt welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn en stemt af met opdrachtgevers, projectleiders en uitvoerders. Zo maak je plannen die niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar buiten ook uitvoerbaar zijn. Voor deze functie biedt de opdrachtgever arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de Schilders-cao, een salaris dat aansluit bij jouw kennis en ervaring en een variabele bonusregeling tot 8% van het bruto jaarsalaris . Ook krijg je een elektrische leaseauto die je privé mag gebruiken. Werken aan planmatig onderhoud in Noord-Holland Je gaat aan de slag bij een opdrachtgever die werkt aan het onderhouden, verbeteren en verduurzamen van bestaand vastgoed. De projecten worden onder andere uitgevoerd voor woningcorporaties en verenigingen van eigenaren. Denk aan schilderwerk, gevelonderhoud, betonherstel, renovatie en verduurzamingswerkzaamheden. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat er nu moet gebeuren, maar ook naar het onderhoud dat een gebouw de komende jaren nodig heeft. Je werkt met vaste collega's en opdrachtgevers, vaak binnen een klantteam. Je leert de gebouwen, de onderhoudsvraagstukken en de gemaakte afspraken steeds beter kennen. Dat helpt om gerichte keuzes te maken en plannen goed op elkaar aan te laten sluiten. Bij een onderhoudsproject kan een kleine afwijking grote gevolgen hebben. Meer houtschade dan verwacht, onduidelijke hoeveelheden of werkzaamheden die verkeerd op elkaar aansluiten: jij wilt het weten voordat de uitvoering begint.
