Ervaren ploegbaas gezocht voor restauratie van historische gevels, Vertrek van uit Tienen naar de werven met je team

Als ploegbaas gevelrestauratie leid je een team van restauratiemetsers en werk je actief mee aan het herstellen van historische gevels. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden op de werven. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, nauwkeurig en volgens planning verloopt, met respect voor de oorspronkelijke bouwstijl.

- Organiseren en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op restauratiewerven - Aansturen van een ploeg restauratiemetsers met duidelijke taakverdeling - Zelf actief meewerken aan het herstellen en restaureren van gevels en monumentale gebouwen - Uitvoeren van gespecialiseerde metselwerken, siermetselwerk en voegwerken - Begeleiden van collega’s bij het herstellen en vervangen van beschadigde gevelstenen en gevelelementen - Overleggen met de projectleider over planning, voortgang en materiaalbehoefte - Nauwgezet opvolgen van werkzaamheden om deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen te respecteren - Controleren van maatvoering, afwerking en kwaliteit van restauratiewerken - Signaleren van technische problemen en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen met het team - Werken op hoogte en op stellingen, waarbij veiligheid altijd voorop staat - Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke werkomgeving en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften - Motiveren en begeleiden van minder ervaren collega’s en delen van kennis over traditionele restauratietechnieken
