Als ploegbaas van onze groendienst combineer je twee belangrijke rollen. Je stuurt de groenploeg aan, maar werkt ook zelf actief mee op het terrein. Je zorgt ervoor dat het groenonderhoud en de groenaanleg goed georganiseerd en kwaliteitsvol uitgevoerd worden.

Je werkt onder leiding van het departementshoofd Technische Dienstverlening en geeft leiding aan de technisch assistenten groen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werking van onze groendienst. Je maakt de planning op, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en volgt de uitvoering op.

Tegelijk ben je een meewerkende ploegbaas. Je werkt zelf actief mee aan het groenonderhoud en de groenaanleg, stuurt je collega's aan en zorgt samen met hen voor een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering.

Je coacht en motiveert je ploeg, werkt samen met interne en externe partners en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de groendienst. Je springt ook bij bij andere opdrachten van de technische dienstverlening wanneer dat nodig is.

Interesse?

Om deel te nemen aan de selectieprocedure beschik je over:

  • heb je minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare relevante beroepservaring in het groen;
  • beschik je over een rijbewijs BE of ben je bereid om dit uiterlijk binnen één jaar na indiensttreding op eigen kosten te behalen.
