Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt én tegelijk een ploeg kan aansturen? Heb je ervaring in schrijnwerk of houtbouw en ben je klaar voor die volgende stap? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor jou.

Als ploegbaas werk je actief mee op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens plan verloopt. Jij bent de schakel tussen planning en uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Plaatsen en monteren van houtskeletconstructies, bijgebouwen, poorten, gevelbekleding en overkappingen
  • Aansturen en motiveren van een kleine ploeg op de werf
  • Lezen en correct uitvoeren van technische plannen
  • Waken over veiligheid, orde en efficiëntie op de werf
  • De werf veilig inrichten met steigers en valbescherming - veiligheid eerst!
  • Isolatiematerialen plaatsen en verwijderen zoals glaswol en rotswol
  • Draagstructuren monteren en steigers opbouwen - stevig werk
  • Geprefabriceerde houten structuren vastzetten en op hun plaats hijsen
  • Oude structuren netjes demonteren en markeren voor hergebruik
  • Tussenruimtes aanpassen en het geraamte compleet afwerken - precies zoals het hoort
  • Je team coördineren en zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt
  • Je hebt een relevante ervaring als schrijnwerker, bij voorkeur in houtbouw of buitenschrijnwerk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt de skills om een ploeg aan te sturen en mee te trekken
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en hebt sterk inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, praktisch en oplossingsgericht
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B, Rijbewijs C/E pluspunt! - om naar de werf te kunnen
  • Leidingskwaliteiten - je kan een team aansturen
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit - want goed werk spreekt voor zich
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands
  • Je staat open om op termijn je rijbewijs C/E te behalen via ons
