Ben jij technisch sterk, heb je ervaring met CNC-machines en wil je op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Voor een stabiele en groeiende productieomgeving zoeken we een CNC Operator met ambitie om door te groeien naar Teamcoach. Je start als specialist aan de machine en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap een coördinerende rol op te nemen binnen het team.

Jouw functie als CNC Operator

Als CNC Operator zorg je ervoor dat productieopdrachten correct, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Je taken:

  • Instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van CNC-machines.
  • Uitvoeren van productieorders op basis van technische plannen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en onderdelen nauwkeurig opmeten.
  • Afwijkingen signaleren en meedenken over oplossingen.
  • Storingen en onderhoudsnoden tijdig melden.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige en ordelijke werkplaats.

Na een grondige opleiding krijg je de kans om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen het team.

Je leert onder meer:

  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseren en prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen op de werkvloer.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers opleiden en coachen.
  • Samenwerken met planning, onderhoud en productie.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement bewaken.
  • Verbeterprocessen mee opzetten en opvolgen.

Je hebt ervaring als CNC Operator.

Affiniteit met houtbewerking of plaatmateriaal is een plus.

Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.

Kennis van WoodWOP, Maestro of andere CNC-software is mooi meegenomen.

Je neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk.

Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.

Je hebt natuurlijk leiderschap en wil mensen helpen groeien.

Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het drukker wordt.

Je werkt in daguren maar bent flexibel naargeland de drukkere momenten.
