Als Ploegverantwoordelijke in de weverij krijg je een belangrijke rol op de werkvloer. Je begeleidt een ervaren team, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt. Je komt terecht in een financieel sterke familiale onderneming waar medewerkers voor lange tijd aan boord blijven en waar ervaring wordt gewaardeerd. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en de nodige ondersteuning om de werking goed te leren kennen. Een stabiele omgeving, duidelijke afspraken en een team waarop je kan rekenen vormen hier de basis.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt een team van getouwkuisers, bevoorraders, wevers en monteurs en je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en volgt de dagelijkse planning op
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit verloopt en je ondersteunt medewerkers wanneer zij vragen of problemen hebben
  • Je houdt het overzicht over de verschillende werkzaamheden binnen de weverij en je stuurt bij wanneer de planning of werking daarom vraagt
  • Je motiveert je team en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking op de werkvloer en je merkt knelpunten op en denkt mee na over praktische verbeteringen

Als Ploegverantwoordelijke krijg je de kans om jouw ervaring in te zetten en tegelijk een belangrijke rol te spelen in de dagelijkse werking. Je hoeft het niet allemaal alleen te doen: je maakt deel uit van een team waarin mensen elkaar kennen en ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een team binnen een productieomgeving en je houdt van structuur en weet het overzicht te bewaren
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is en je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken
  • Ervaring binnen de textielsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste en je spreekt goed Nederlands, kennis van Engels of Frans is een pluspunt
