Regio West Friesland en Kop van Noord-Holland 16-24 uur Vicino betekent dichtbij of buurman. Als POH-GGZ Kind en Jeugd werken in West-Friesland en de Kop van Noord-Holland betekent niet alleen dichtbij of buurman maar betekent dichtbij de hele gemeenschap met als doel kinderen en ouders samen weer op de juiste koers te brengen. De functie De POH-GGZ Kind &Jeugd richt zich op het ondersteunen en/of aanvullen van de huisarts door middel van consultatie, optimale kortdurende behandeling of door- en terugverwijzen van kinderen en jeugdigen van 0 tot 18 jaar met psychische en/of (psycho)sociale klachten. De problematiek varieert van niet lekker in je vel zitten, (faal) angst, slaapproblemen, laag zelfbeeld of tot het vermoeden van een stoornis. Ook opvoedproblematiek behoort tot de expertise van de POH-GGZ Kind &Jeugd. Verder heeft de POH-GGZ Kind &Jeugd nauw overleg met de huisarts over advies en vervolg. De POH-GGZ Kind &Jeugd werkt in meerdere huisartsenpraktijken, onder regie van de huisarts. Verder vormt hij /zij de verbindende schakel in de ketenorganisatie en onderhoudt een netwerk van verschillende zorg- en hulpverleners van gerelateerde vakgebieden. In jouw rol ben je flexibel en beschik je over sterkte communicatieve vaardigheden zowel met jeugdigen als het systeem. Je bent proactief en beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit naar zowel de huisartsen als Vicino. Je bent een bruggenbouwer naar de gemeente en ketenpartners. De functie is solistisch maar je maakt onderdeel uit van een hecht team van gelijkgestemden.
