Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Wirtschaftliche und fachgerechte Ausführung der Baustellen

* Organisation des Maschinen-, Material- und Arbeitskräfteeinsatzes

* Koordination von Subunternehmern und Personal

* Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauausführung

* Erstellung von Bautagesberichte und führen der Baudokumentation in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung

* Sie übernehmen Fach- und Führungsaufgaben in enger Absprache mit der Bauleitung und sind das Bindeglied zwischen Bauleitung, Auftraggeber und Personal

Was Sie auszeichnet:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position würden wir uns wünschen.

* Fundiertes Wissen über die Abwicklung von Hoch- und Tiefbauprojekten

* Für die anfallenden Arbeiten teilen Sie Ihre Mannschaft ein und führen Ihr Team vorbildhaft

* Engagierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für Hochbaupoliere beträgt € 21,79 brutto pro Stunde auf Basis Vollzeit. Abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation bieten wir eine entsprechende Überzahlung.
