Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren operator die op zoek is naar een stabiele job op lange termijn? Werk je graag polyvalent en wil je jouw ervaring écht inzetten om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan het productieproces?

Voor een stabiel familiebedrijf van de 4e generatie zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren operator die zich voor lange termijn wil engageren.

Jouw functie

Als polyvalent operator leer je verschillende werkposten binnen de productie kennen. Je wordt stap voor stap opgeleid en krijgt de kans om jouw ervaring en technische feeling optimaal in te zetten.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Onderdelen voorbereiden en afwerken
  • Stoppen, capsules en labels verwijderen
  • Vaten en paletten lossen, sorteren en stapelen
  • Vaten verder afwerken en controleren
  • Machines bedienen, instellen en controleren na je opleiding
  • Verschillende werkposten binnen de productie zelfstandig uitvoeren
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • Problemen of afwijkingen signaleren en actief meedenken over verbeteringen

We zoeken iemand die al ervaring heeft als operator of productiemedewerker en die deze ervaring graag wil inzetten binnen een stabiele productieomgeving.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur als operator
  • Je bent op zoek naar stabiliteit en een job voor lange termijn
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je ziet zelf werk en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open om verschillende werkposten aan te leren
  • Je denkt mee met het productieproces en durft verbeteringen aan te geven
  • Je bent positief, betrouwbaar en een echte teamplayer
  • Je spreekt, leest en schrijft goed Nederlands
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken: Voormiddag: 05u00 – 13u00 Namiddag: 12u27 – 21u00 Vrijdag: tot 18u30
