Met het Microsoft Power Platform realiseren we oplossingen zoals Power Apps en Power Automate om processen slimmer en beter te ondersteunen. Waar het passend is, zetten we Copilot en agentic AI in om taken binnen een proces deels zelfstandig te laten uitvoeren of voorbereiden, altijd als onderdeel van een werkbare oplossing. Bij Cegeka Business Solutions helpen we organisaties hun processen slimmer en beter ondersteunend in te richten met Microsoft technologie. Dat doen we met een nuchtere en realistische aanpak: we kijken eerst naar het proces en de mensen, en zetten het Power Platform, Copilot en agentic AI alleen in waar het daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegt. Als Power Platform & Copilot Consultant speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Als Power Platform & Copilot Consultant begeleid je klanten bij het ontwerpen, implementeren en optimaliseren van oplossingen waarin low‑code, Copilot en AI‑agents samenkomen. - Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en samen met de klant bepalen waar ondersteuning of automatisering zinvol is; - Ontwerpen van functionele oplossingen met Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse en Copilot Studio; - Inrichten en begeleiden van Copilot en agent use cases (bijv. medewerkerondersteuning, self service, procesautomatisering); - Samenwerken met developers en architects om oplossingen realiseerbaar, schaalbaar en beheersbaar te maken; - Begeleiden van gebruikers en key users bij het werken met nieuwe functionaliteit; - Verzorgen van workshops, demo's en uitleg, zodat oplossingen ook daadwerkelijk gebruikt worden. - Ondersteunen van klan...
