Als praktijkmanager in regio Oost zorg je ervoor dat behandelaren hun werk professioneel, efficiënt en met plezier kunnen uitvoeren. Je geeft dagelijks leiding, versterkt de samenwerking en vertaalt de ambities van de behandeldienst naar een goed georganiseerde praktijk. Waar je komt te werken Je gaat werken binnen de professionele en toonaangevende Behandeldienst van Omring. Deze bestaat uit de medische dienst, paramedische dienst, psychologen en het (para)medisch secretariaat. In regio Oost werken ca. 55 medewerkers in de langdurige zorg en de eerstelijn. Jouw werkgebied wordt regio Oost, met locatie Nicolaas in Lutjebroek als standplaats. Je bent hier fysiek en zichtbaar aanwezig en onderhoudt actief contact met medewerkers werkzaam op andere locaties binnen jouw werkgebied. Omdat Omring zich voorbereidt op de toekomst, beweegt ook deze functie mee met toekomstige ontwikkelingen. Zorgorganisatie Omring is een begrip in de regio Noord-Holland Noord.
