Onze klant is gevestigd in de regio Hamme en maakt deel uit van een bredere technische groep. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in industriële koeling, luchtbehandeling en piping en biedt technische oplossingen van ontwerp en engineering tot installatie, onderhoud en service. Ze richten zich voornamelijk op industriële klanten en staan bekend om hun technische expertise, maatwerk en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

Jobomschrijving

Als Preventieadviseur versterk je de SHEQ-afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, welzijn en milieu ook in de praktijk centraal staan:

  • Je vertaalt de regelgeving rond welzijn, veiligheid en milieu naar duidelijke en toepasbare acties.
  • Je bent vanuit Hamme en Gent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden, interne preventiemedewerkers en externe partners.
  • Je volgt de wettelijke verplichtingen op, waaronder het globaal preventieplan, jaaractieplan en contacten met keuringsinstanties, arbeidsgeneeskundige diensten en de externe preventiedienst.
  • Je voert mee risicoanalyses uit en formuleert concrete verbetermaatregelen om incidenten te voorkomen.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden en bouwt mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en overzichtelijke administratieve opvolging, registraties en rapportering.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in wetgeving en goede praktijken op en houdt je kennis up-to-date via opleidingen, seminaries en overleg met collega’s.

We zoeken een toegankelijke en overtuigende veiligheidsprofessional die regelgeving weet te vertalen naar de praktijk:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen veiligheid en milieu, bij voorkeur in een technische, industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001 is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers en leidinggevenden op een positieve en overtuigende manier mee te krijgen.
  • Je werkt pragmatisch, zelfstandig en collegiaal en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om je vlot tussen de verschillende locaties te verplaatsen.
