Wil je een verantwoordelijke rol opnemen binnen een technische en uitdagende bouwomgeving? Dan is deze functie als preventieadviseur niveau 1 misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je veiligheidsbeleid, preventie en coördinatie.

Je werkt zowel vanuit kantoor als op verschillende werven en sites.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden, directie en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid niet alleen op papier bestaat, maar ook dagelijks wordt toegepast.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar wegenis- en rioleringswerken, grond- en saneringswerken, afbraakwerken en asbestverwijdering centraal staan. Een boeiende werkomgeving dus voor iemand die veiligheid graag koppelt aan de praktijk.

jouw taken als preventieadviseur niveau 1:

  • Je voert regelmatig werf- en sitebezoeken uit en controleert de veiligheid aan de hand van checklists.
  • Je bespreekt vaststellingen rechtstreeks met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zoekt samen naar veilige én haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je maakt risicoanalyses, TRA's, veiligheidsinstructiekaarten en andere veiligheidsdocumenten op.
  • Je adviseert over veilige werkmethodes en de aankoop en het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's).
  • Je bouwt mee aan het preventiebeleid en volgt acties en verbeterpunten nauwgezet op.
  • Je behandelt arbeidsongevallen, maakt verslagen op en voert interne audits uit.
  • Je beheert en onderhoudt certificaten en erkenningen zoals VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, erkenning asbestverwijdering en het Achillesprotocol.
  • Je bereidt jaarlijkse audits voor en begeleidt externe auditoren tijdens de audit.
  • Je volgt het opleidingsplan op en zorgt ervoor dat verplichte veiligheidsopleidingen tijdig worden ingepland.
  • Je werkt mee aan initiatieven zoals de veiligheidsweek en toolboxmeetings.
  • Je bereidt het syndicaal overleg mee voor en volgt de gemaakte afspraken op.
  • Je neemt deel aan plannings- en personeelsvergaderingen, directiemeetings en andere overlegmomenten.
  • Binnen het preventieteam neem je een coördinerende en aansturende rol op.
  • Je stuurt de preventiemedewerker aan, bewaakt de planning en prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat preventietaken correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe preventiediensten, partners en bevoegde instanties.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die kennis van preventie kan combineren met structuur, communicatie en daadkracht.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 1.
  • Je hebt kennis van onder meer VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, asbestverwijdering en het Achillesprotocol;
