Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses op de werkvloer en zorgt dat deze systematisch worden bijgewerkt
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten grondig en stelt mee gerichte verbeteracties voor
  • Samen met collega’s werk je aan het opstellen en opvolgen van het preventieplan en jaaractieplan
  • Jij geeft onderbouwd advies over werkplekinrichting, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en hygiënemaatregelen
  • Organiseren van opleidingen rond veiligheid, noodprocedures en eerste hulp
  • Je ondersteunt het CPBW met praktische input en neemt actief deel aan vergaderingen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de welzijnswetgeving correct wordt toegepast en helpt collega’s om hierin mee te groeien
  • Meewerken aan internationale groepsprojecten rond veiligheid, zoals risicobeoordelingstools, digitale audits en leadershiptrainingen
  • Je beschikt over een erkend diploma preventieadviseur niveau II en relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Taalvaardig in het Nederlands en Engels, met een heldere communicatiestijl en oog voor structuur
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office en leergierig om vlot met nieuwe systemen aan de slag te gaan
