The posting

Mahieu Construct (150 werknemers, omzet +75 mio euro) is een ambitieus en familiaal bouwbedrijf met hoofdzetel en staalatelier in Komen, alsook een eigen site voor de productie van prefab beton (Premadun).

Met meer dan 30 jaar knowhow in staal- en betonbouw realiseren wij totaalprojecten voor onze klanten in zowel de industrie als agrosector. Dankzij een sterke technische expertise, een eigen productieatelier en een geïntegreerde aanpak begeleidt Mahieu Construct elk project van ontwerp tot oplevering.

In kader van de verdere groei zoeken wij een preventieadviseur niveau twee.

De uitdaging

Als preventieadviseur draag je bij aan een veilig en werkbaar preventiebeleid. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werven en productiesites en overlegt nauw met de werf- en projectleiding.

Je staat in voor:

  • de voorbereiding, controle en opvolging van veiligheidsvoorschriften op werven en productiesites
  • de organisatie en opvolging van toolboxmeetings
  • de registratie en analyse van arbeidsongevallen en het uitwerken van preventieve maatregelen
  • het actueel houden van het VCA-handboek en de interne veiligheidsprocedures
  • de opvolging van de vereiste veiligheidscompetenties van medewerkers
  • het formuleren van verbetervoorstellen voor het veiligheidsbeleid

Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke preventie.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en het attest preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je zoekt een deeltijdse functie van 1 tot 3 dagen per week.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en praktisch en communiceert vlot met medewerkers op de werf en in de productie.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
