Voor onze klant zoeken wij een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

Je komt terecht bij een groep van gespecialiseerde bedrijven actief binnen waterbouw en watertechnologie.

Water vormt de rode draad doorheen alle activiteiten: van infrastructuur en waterbouwkundige projecten tot technische oplossingen op en rond water.

Binnen deze rol bouw je actief mee aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving binnen complexe projecten in de haven en op industriële sites.Je zit dicht op de werkvloer, tussen de mensen en de projecten.

Wat je doet

Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid geen theoretisch verhaal blijft, maar écht leeft binnen de organisatie.

  • Actief uitdragen van het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid
  • Bezoeken van schepen en werven om medewerkers te begeleiden rond veilig werken
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en voorstellen van praktische verbeteringen
  • Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en analyseren van oorzaken
  • Mee uitwerken van preventieve acties en verbetertrajecten
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits
  • Integreren van welzijn en veiligheid binnen kwaliteits- en managementsystemen
  • Opvolgen van wetgeving en evoluties rond preventie en veiligheid
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, werfteams en management

Je krijgt een rol met veel afwisseling tussen werkvloer, analyse, coaching en opvolging.

  • Getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
  • Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Kennis van ISO, VCA, CO2-prestatieladder …
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Sterk in communicatie en samenwerking
  • Je weet mensen mee te krijgen in veiligheid en preventie
  • Hands-on ingesteld en aanwezig op het terrein
