- Interim Privacyjurist - Utrecht - • HBO - • 32-40 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als jurist privacy draag je bij aan het waarborgen van gegevensbescherming binnen diverse organisaties. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je complexe vraagstukken rondom datalekken en het balanceren van compliance met bedrijfsdoelen aanpakt. Met jouw kennis van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en ervaring in privacyrecht ben je een waardevolle adviseur voor zowel management als collega's. Je combineert analytisch vermogen met praktische oplossingen om organisaties te ondersteunen bij het naleven van privacywetgeving. Wat je gaat doen: - Adviseren: je geeft praktisch en juridisch advies over privacyvraagstukken aan verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie. - Beheren: je stelt privacyverklaringen, beleidsdocumenten en verwerkersovereenkomsten op en zorgt dat deze actueel blijven. - Analyseren: je beoordeelt datalekken en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging, inclusief rapportages aan de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens indien nodig. - Implementeren: je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van privacyprocessen en borgt dat deze voldoen aan de AVG. - Communiceren: je beantwoordt vragen van collega's over gegevensverwerking en geeft trainingen om bewustwording rondom privacy te vergroten. Wat we je bieden - Salaris tussen €3800 en €5500 per maand - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband - Minimaal 32 uur per week, met flexibiliteit tot 40 uur - Ruime ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden met op maat gemaakte trainingen en opleidingen - Uitdagende opdrachten binnen diverse sectoren - Een collegiale werkomgeving met oog voor werk-privébalans Functie eisen - Afgeronde WO-opleiding Nederlands Recht. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als privacyjurist. - Grondige kennis van de AVG en privacyrecht. - Ervaring met analyseren en opvolgen van datalekken. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
