Adriaan Provoost Over de job Als Proces Coördinator QHSE ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, verbeteren en implementeren van QHSE-processen binnen deze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen helder, praktisch toepasbaar en goed geborgd zijn binnen de organisatie. In een matrixstructuur werk je samen met QHSE, de afdeling Processen, proceseigenaren en gebruikers. Jij signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt dat afspraken en wijzigingen succesvol in de praktijk worden gebracht. Jouw taken als Proces Coordinator QHSE: - Beheren, actualiseren en communiceren van QHSE-processen. - Analyseren van processen en signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen. - Opstellen en coördineren van voorstellen voor procesverbeteringen. - Organiseren van overleg met kennishouders, proceseigenaren en procesgebruikers. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers, bewaken van naleving en waar nodig escaleren van structurele afwijkingen.
