Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel jouw volgende carrièrestap.

Als Proces & Quality Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het analyseren, verbeteren en borgen van productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zet data om in concrete verbeteracties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Proces- en kwaliteitsverbetering

• Analyseren van productieprocessen met focus op kwaliteit, stabiliteit en efficiëntie.

• Opsporen van afwijkingen, risico's en procesverliezen aan de hand van data-analyses, SPC en trendanalyses.

• Identificeren en aanpakken van kwaliteits- en procesproblemen.

• Uitwerken en implementeren van duurzame verbeteringen via methodieken zoals PDCA, RCA, FMEA en 8D.

Kwaliteitsprojecten

• Initiëren, coördineren en opvolgen van kwaliteits- en verbeterprojecten.

• Samenwerken met productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit en engineering om verbeterdoelstellingen te realiseren.

• Beheren van timing, voortgang en resultaten van corrigerende en preventieve acties.

• Rapporteren van projectresultaten aan het management.

Kwaliteitssystemen en audits

• Initiëren en opvolgen van Management of Change (MOC)-processen.

• Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.

• Ondersteunen van interne en externe audits.

• Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten, afwijkingen en non-conformiteiten.

Technische ondersteuning

• Ondersteunen van productie bij opstarten, wijzigingen en optimalisaties van processen.

• Bepalen en valideren van kritische proces- en productparameters.

• Uitrollen van standaarden, procedures en best practices binnen de organisatie.

• Geven van opleidingen en kennisdeling aan collega's.

Profiel

• Je behaalde een masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

• Een specialisatie in elektromechanica, metallurgie of een gelijkaardige technische richting is een plus.

• Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring van 2 à 3 jaar binnen een productie- of kwaliteitsomgeving.

• Je bent sterk in data-analyse en werkt vlot met Excel. Kennis van Python is een belangrijke troef.

• Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteits- en verbetermethodieken zoals PDCA, SPC, RCA, FMEA of 8D.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

• Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.

• Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en houdt van een hands-on aanpak.

• Je bent een bruggenbouwer die collega's uit verschillende afdelingen weet te verbinden.
