Dit is je rol In verband met vervanging van een collega die met zwangerschapsverlof gaat zijn we op zoek naar een Procesbegeleider. Als Procesbegeleider speel je een sleutelrol in het versterken van onze teams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers methodisch, professioneel en met zelfvertrouwen hun werk kunnen doen. Je bent sparringpartner, coach én kwaliteitsbewaker in één. Je helpt teams en collega's om hun vakmanschap verder te ontwikkelen, en zorgt voor een eenduidige manier van werken binnen Blijf Groep. Daarmee draag jij direct bij aan ons gezamenlijke doel: professionele hulp die echt het verschil maakt. De periode waarin wij iemand zoeken is van 1 december 2026 tot en met mei 2027. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt en coacht teams en individuele collega's bij hun methodisch en professioneel handelen - Je bevordert deskundigheid door het geven van trainingen, intervisie en on-the-job begeleiding - Je voert procesgesprekken met medewerkers en monitort de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk - Je werkt nieuwe collega's in en zorgt dat zij zich snel thuis voelen binnen onze manier van werken - Je signaleert knelpunten in werkprocessen en vertaalt deze naar praktische verbeteringen - Je adviseert manager...
