Vacature Nieuwegein Procesondersteuner/ Managementassistent Gemeente Nieuwegein There are x favorite(s) Functie omschrijving Procesondersteuner/ Managementassistent Gemeente Nieuwegein Vanwege het vertrek van de huidige procesondersteuner zoeken wij per direct een tijdelijke procesondersteuner/managementassistent ter ondersteuning van het afdelingshoofd, de teamleider en de afdeling. De opdracht loopt tot eind januari 2027 met optie tot verlenging. De focus ligt op agenda- en vergaderondersteuning, mailboxbeheer, organisatie van bijeenkomsten en diverse administratieve werkzaamheden. Werkzaamheden De tijdelijke procesondersteuner/managementassistent maakt onderdeel uit van de vakgroep Management en Ondersteuning en werkt nauw samen met de andere procesondersteuner. In deze rol worden onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uitgevoerd: - Plannen, voorbereiden en coördineren van (complexe) afspraken en overleggen; - Agendabeheer en ondersteuning bij e-mailafhandeling; - Voorbereiden en (indien nodig) notuleren van portefeuillehoudersoverleggen (maandag en donderdag); - Beheer van de gezamenlijke mailbox; - Het bijhouden van ons zaaksysteem CRM; - Het opstellen van inkoopopdrachten en verwerken in Inconto; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen; - Organiseren van bijeenkomsten (o.a. locatie en catering); - Opstellen van brieven, verzorgen van ondertekening en vastlegging in het inkoopsysteem; - Opstellen en verspreiden van de afdelingsnieuwsbrief; - Bijhouden en verdelen van werkzaamheden in het zaaksysteem; - Verzorgen van attenties bij ziekte, jubilea e.d.; - Postbeheer.
