Samen met je team bewaak je het productieproces en zorg je voor kwaliteit. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt smaakstoffen en investeert in opleiding en ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Dit ga je doen Als procesoperator in de foodsector werk je in een 5-ploegendienst. Je zorgt dat het productieproces goed verloopt, controleert de machines en grijpt in als er iets niet goed gaat. Je werkt volgens duidelijke regels voor hygiëne en veiligheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een deel van het proces en werkt samen met je collega's aan een goed eindproduct. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met de ploegoverdracht. Daarna controleer je de apparatuur, neem je monsters af en houd je het proces in de gaten. Je registreert gegevens, signaleert afwijkingen en lost kleine storingen zelf op. Ook voer je regelmatig fysieke werkzaamheden uit.
