Jij zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en helpt mee om de productie volgens planning te laten verlopen. Klaar voor een uitdaging in Amsterdam bij een toonaangevende producent? Wat ga je doen? Als Process Operator 2-Ploegen zorg jij voor een soepel productieproces. Je voert grondstoffen aan, bedient apparatuur, en neemt monsters van chemicaliën en producten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en registreert alle gegevens nauwkeurig. Daarnaast voer je klein onderhoud uit en zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving. In de 2-ploegendienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een ongestoorde productie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Het aanvoeren en afvoeren van grondstoffen met behulp van een heftruck; - Het voorbereiden van het productieproces en het zorgen voor een storingsvrije voortgang; - Het bedienen van apparatuur en het instellen van de juiste parameters voor de productie; - Het nemen van monsters van het productieproces en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Het registreren van productiegegevens en het administreren van procesinformatie; - Het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving; - Het controleren en bemonsteren van chemicaliën en eindproducten voor kwaliteitsborging. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in procestechniek of een Vapro A of Vapro B diploma; - Ervaring met het bedienen van productieapparatuur en het werken met technische processen; - Kennis van MS Office-software en ERP-systemen; - Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om in een team te werken; - Een nauwkeurige en proactieve werkhouding, met oog voor detail en veiligheid.
