Das Unternehmen ist ein Hightech-Software-Hersteller und Nischen-Champion für kritische Kommunikationssysteme in Deutschland. Als mittelständisches Unternehmen bietet es speziell auf dessen Kunden (aus dem Katastrophenschutz und Verteidigung) zugeschnittene Dienstleistungen und Softwaresysteme an. Das Team besteht aus zahlreichen, hochqualifizierten IT und Kommunikationsfachleuten. Die rund 170 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter arbeiten an sechs verschiedenen Standorten in der DACH-Region, nach Wunsch hybrid, im Office oder fully remote. Die Arbeitskultur ist agil mit Einsatz von Scrum.

Unsere Produkt verbindet Echtzeitüberwachung, Reporting und Lifecycle-Management heterogener, komplexer IT-Landschaften in einer Plattform. Im Vordergrund stehen das Management und Orchestrieren von IT-Infrastrukturen über unterschiedliche Protokolle und APIs. Als Product Architect bist du Mitglied des Bereiches Business Management und verantwortlich für die Ableitung und Spezifikation der Anforderungen an die Produktentwicklung aus den Business- bzw. Kundenanforderungen.

Aufgaben:

- Weiterentwicklung der Produkt Management Suite durch eigenständige Erstellung der Spezifikationen von Features für die Produktentwicklung und Umsetzung der Nutzeranforderungen in Produktanforderungen - Abstimmung und Fortschreibung der Feature-Inhalte mit der Entwicklung - Durchführung von Business-Analysen und Systemanalysen für den Einsatz und die Nutzung der Produkt Management Suite - Erheben und Verfeinern von Nutzeranforderungen mit dem Kunden - Entwickeln von Lösungskonzepten und Erstellen von Systemarchitekturen und Schnittstellenspezifikationen

Das bringst Du mit:

- Ein berufsrelevantes Studium, eine Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare passende Qualifikation (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik oder ähnliches) bzw. einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich IT Netzwerke, IT Service Management und IT-Monitoring - Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung von Spezifikationen - Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerksysteme, Applikationsbetrieb, Standard-Protokolle und API-Technologien - Expertise im Bereich Architektur-Frameworks und Methoden (z.B. TOGAF, NAF) und der modellbasierten Systementwicklung (UML, SysML) - Hands-On Mentalität, Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft - Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert - Soziale Kompetenz und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, auch in virtuellen Teams
