Wat ga jij doen?

Projectcoördinatie & Innovatie support:

  • Staal- en productbeheer: Je coördineert de aanvragen, logistiek en voorbereiding van grondstof- en productstalen voor zowel interne evaluaties als voor de marketing- en salesteams.
  • Compliance & Documentatie: Je volgt productspecificaties en compliance-vereisten nauwgezet op en beheert alle noodzakelijke productdocumentatie.
  • Testen & Reviews: Je organiseert producttesten en -evaluaties en volgt de resultaten hiervan op.
  • Marktonderzoek: Je coördineert concurrentieanalyses, benchmarkstudies en productreviews om onze marktpositie te versterken.

Culinaire & Event ondersteuning:

  • Tastings: Je helpt onze producten letterlijk en figuurlijk in de kijker te zetten door stalen af te bakken, voor te bereiden en te presenteren tijdens proeverijen en evaluaties.
  • Events: Je ondersteunt het culinaire team actief tijdens internationale vakbeurzen, klantactiviteiten en events.
  • Trendspotting: Je bezoekt vakbeurzen en leveranciers om de nieuwste markt- en consumententrends op de voet te volgen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een Bachelor-diploma op zak, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting zoals Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of Marketing.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met projectondersteuning binnen de FMCG-sector (idealiter de voedingsindustrie) en bent vertrouwd met staalbeheer en productevaluaties in een internationale context.
  • Skills: Je bent een gestructureerde organisator met een uitstekend oog voor detail. Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte teamspeler die leergierig en ambitieus is.
  • Talenkennis: Je communieert vlot in het Nederlands én het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Passie: Je hebt een oprechte passie voor voeding, ingrediënten en innovatie.
