In Assen werk je in het hart van Product & Process Innovation aan slimme, veilige en maakbare oplossingen. Je combineert creativiteit met engineering die je terugziet in prototypes, testen én lanceringen. Als Product Development Engineer werk je binnen een internationale, innovatiegedreven omgeving waar productontwikkeling en procesverbetering samenkomen. Je vertaalt concepten naar sterke 3D CAD-ontwerpen, borgt kwaliteit en veiligheid via testmethoden, en levert technische documentatie die klaar is voor productie én (waar nodig) octrooi/patent. Met jouw eigenaarschap stuur je projecten op planning, budget en impact-van eerste schets tot succesvolle marktintroductie. Taken binnen de rol: - Initiëren en uitwerken van nieuwe of verbeterde productconcepten binnen de strategische kaders; - Ontwerpen en detailleren in geavanceerde 3D CAD, inclusief prototyping en samples; - Opstellen en borgen van productspecificaties volgens hoge veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden; - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van testprotocollen, validatiemethoden en meetsystemen; - Voorbereiden van technische documentatie t.b.v. internationale octrooi-/patentaanvragen; - Plannen, monitoren en rapporteren van projectvoortgang, milestones en budgetten; - Signaleren en toepassen van nieuwe markt- en procestechnologieën voor productoptimalisatie. Werktijden: Fulltime 40 uur per week, maandag t/m vrijdag (dagdienst). Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een technische richting (bijv. Werktuigbouwkunde, IPO of vergelijkbaar); - Meerdere jaren ervaring in productontwikkeling én projectmatig werken; - Sterke ervaring met geavanceerde 3D CAD-systemen; - Grondige kennis van kunststoffen, kunststofverwerking en spuitgiettechnieken; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels (...
