Product Owner ART DWR - Deadline 9 October 2026, 10:00 uur We zijn op zoek naar een Product Owner ART DWR. Van de product owner Digitale Werkomgeving Rijk wordt verwacht dat hij/zij op basis van Safe Agile methodiek verantwoordelijk bent voor de teambacklog van één van de negen productteams binnen de Digitale Werkomgeving. Je bent onderdeel van een Agile Release Train met 9 teams die gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor een betrouwbare dienstverlening. We werken inmiddels al met delivery teams, PI sessies alsmede demofestivals. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het prioriteren, onderhouden en transparant maken van de teambacklog en zorgt dat deze aansluit op de gezamenlijke roadmap en prioriteiten van ART DWR. Goed contactuele eigenschappen zijn van enorm belang om onze afnemers mee te nemen. - Uitrollen van Security patches en applicaties; - Trouble shooten MECM / Ivanti issues; - Maken, deployen en onderhoud (PowerShell) Scripts voor MECM / Ivanti; - Pro-actief beheer, doorvoeren changes, incident afhandeling 3de lijns op het werkgebied MECM / Ivanti; - Opstellen management rapportages m.b.t. MECM / Ivanti. Achtergrond van de opdracht Om onze ministeries goed te blijven bedienen, willen we ons verder ontwikkelen. Dat doen we in interactie met onze klanten, de ministeries. Want wij zijn ICT-dienstverlener van en voor het Rijk, en zijn trots op onze publieke taak en de grootschalige projecten die ertoe doen. Het ontstaan van SSC-ICT Aan het begin van dit millennium verzorgden alle ministeries zelf - en onafhankelijk van elkaar - de ICT-werkplekken voor hun ambtenaren. Om voor deze dienstverlening één efficiënte en uniforme lijn te creëren hebben de verschillende ICT-organisaties hun werkzaamheden gebundeld.
