Contact Product Owner IT NS Treinmodernisering - Haarlem - 32 - 36 uur - Digital - Reageer voor: - Je krijgt end-to-end eigenaarschap over producten die direct bijdragen aan de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van het materieel. - Je bepaalt koers en prioriteiten op strategisch en tactisch niveau, precies waar IT, productie, onderhoud, data en engineering samenkomen. - Je werkt met ervaren vakmensen en specialisten in een complexe keten, met ruimte én mandaat om visie om te zetten in meetbare productwaarde. Binnen het cluster Onderhouden neem je het producteigenaarschap voor het Manufacturing Execution System (MES): het bedrijfskritische hart van de productielijn voor wielstellenrevisie. Je ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte productvisie, borgt de operationele continuïteit en versnelt de digitalisering. Op termijn breid je jouw portfolio uit met INFOR LN [Av1] . Je zorgt dat MES mensen en processen optimaal ondersteunt en dat investeringen aantoonbaar bijdragen aan de ambities van NS Treinmodernisering. Samen met de Scrum Master en het ontwikkelteam creëer je focus en tempo, terwijl jij zelfstandig stuurt op visie, waarde en prioriteit. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in de migratie van Baan naar INFOR LN, het ERP-systeem voor de NSTM-locaties in Haarlem en Berkel-Enschot. Je brengt IT, data en de instandhouding van materieel bij elkaar, doorziet afhankelijkheden en neemt onderbouwde besluiten in een speelveld waarin continuïteit, veiligheid en vernieuwing voortdurend in balans moeten zijn. Als verbindende vertegenwoordiger van klant, gebruiker en business realiseer je samen met het team: - stabiel beheer én doelgerichte doorontwikkeling van producten binnen het onderhoudsdomein; - heldere governance, effectieve samenwerking en voortvarende besluitvorming met interne en externe ketenpartners; - continue verbetering van beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid, gebruikerswaarde en (cyber)veiligheid. - Je zet e...
