Voor een moderne en snelgroeiende producent van verse maaltijden in Bleiswijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Productiekok. In deze functie werk je samen met een team van ongeveer 18 tot 20 collega's aan de bereiding van verse maaltijden voor bekende supermarkt- en foodserviceklanten in Nederland en België. Je werkt met professionele apparatuur zoals grote wokken, braadsledes en stoomovens. Kwaliteit, smaak en hygiëne staan centraal. Tegelijkertijd vinden we een goede werksfeer belangrijk: er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is zeker ruimte voor gezelligheid en humor. Dit ga je doen Als Productiekok werk je mee in de grote productiekeuken en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van verschillende maaltijden en gerechten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bereiden van maaltijden en gerechten volgens recept en planning; - Werken met grote professionele keukenapparatuur, zoals wokken, braadsledes en stoomovens; - Verwerken en controleren van grondstoffen; - Bewaken van smaak, kwaliteit en juiste bereiding; - Werken volgens de geldende HACCP- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften; - Schoon en hygiënisch houden van je werkplek en apparatuur; - Samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse productieplanning te realiseren; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en bijzonderheden tijdens de productie. Je werkt van maandag tot en met zaterdag binnen de werktijden van 06:00 tot 21:00 uur . Je werkt minimaal één zaterdag per maand. Daarnaast: - Heb je een koksopleiding afgerond óf aantoonbare ervaring als kok in een grootkeuken; - Heb je ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een professionele keuken; - Heb je kennis van en ervaring met de Europese en/of Aziatische keu...
