Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving? Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf zoeken wij een Productie Supervisor die operationele daadkracht combineert met sterk leiderschap en een passie voor continue verbetering.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Productie Supervisor neem je een centrale rol op binnen de productieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je combineert operationele opvolging met procesverbetering en werkt hierbij nauw samen met productie, onderhoud en engineering.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen productie, waarbij je de productieplanning nauwgezet opvolgt.
  • Het ondersteunen en coachen van teamleaders zodat zij hun teams optimaal kunnen aansturen en ontwikkelen.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement, veiligheid en efficiëntie op de werkvloer.
  • Het analyseren van productiegegevens en het identificeren van opportuniteiten om prestaties verder te optimaliseren.
  • Het initiëren en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten
  • Het uitwerken en implementeren van procedures, opleidingsplannen en werkmethodieken die bijdragen aan een performante productieomgeving.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een hands-on people manager die zich thuis voelt in een technische productieomgeving. Je krijgt energie van het coachen van medewerkers, maar duikt evengoed graag in processen, analyses en verbeterprojecten. Dankzij jouw combinatie van operationele daadkracht en analytisch inzicht weet je teams mee te nemen in verandering en resultaten neer te zetten. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma in een technische of industriële richting. Kandidaten met een sterke bacheloropleiding en relevante ervaring komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld in de voeding, chemie of een andere procesgestuurde sector.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van medewerkers binnen productie is een must!-
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
