Onze opdrachtgever is actief in de vleesverwerkende nijverheid. Het bedrijf behoort tot een familiale groep met jarenlange ervaring in Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Gelet op verdere investeringen voor desite gelegen te Oevel kijken we uit naar versterking met een:

Productiechef (hands on)

OVER DE FUNCTIE

Binnen deze nieuwe functie word je verantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie van de bestaande productieprocessen met focus op de nevenstroom. Samen met jouw collega Production Manager sta je in voor optimaliseren van de productiesite. Dit met oog op verdere capaciteitsgroei.

Dit houdt onder meer in:

Dagelijkse leiding

  • Je bent een uitgesproken peoplemanager die een 10 tal lijn verantwoordelijken aanstuurt.kiest om veelvuldig met de medewerkers te communiceren, hen op te volgen en te coachen. Je anticipeert en ziet toe op maximale personeelstevredenheid.

Planning en werkverdeling

  • In functie van de lopende orders en aanvragen zorgen dat in alle afdelingen voldoende bemanning is en er efficiënt kan gewerkt worden. Dit houdt onder meer in: data verzamelen en in kaart brengen van productieschema’s. Je vormt hierbij de schakel tussen verkoop en productie.

Procesoptimalisatie/data analyse

  • Je assimileert alle processen, werkt de gewenste procedures verder uit, evalueert deze en stuurt bij waar nodig op vlak van snijrendementen. Je bevordert aldus de operationele efficiëntie en versterkt het concurrentievoordeel.

Facility management en beheer technisch materiaal

  • Je ziet nauw toe op alle hygiëneregels alsook de opvolging van een feilloze werking van machines. We verwachten hiertoe een voldoende technisch inzicht die toelaat om de nodige maatregelen te nemen.
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in sector van verwerking vlees, grootkeuken, convenience food, ...)
  • Je beschikt over een analytisch vermogen.
  • Je kan terugvallen op relevante werkervaring in procesoptimalisatie in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je beheerst perfect Engels. Kennis Nederlands en Frans is een pluspunt. Je bent bereid Nederlands te leren.
  • Ervaring met MS Office-toepassingen, zoals Word en Excel.
  • Geboren leider die medewerkers kan motiveren en naar een hoger level brengen.
  • Type harde en loyale werker (geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit) die ambitie kan koppelen aan strategische projecten.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om te werken onder strakke deadlines.
  • Willen streven naar uitmuntendheid in alles wat je doet.
