In deze afwisselende functie als Productiemanager maak je elke dag het verschil, zowel voor je team als voor het product dat de fabriek verlaat. Je combineert je natuurlijke leiderschap met een hands-on mentaliteit en weet medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Toezicht houden op een efficiënt productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels controleren
  • Een team aansturen van 30 collega's over vier productielijnen
  • Bewaken van correct gebruik en onderhoud van machines; schakelen met technische dienst bij complexe storingen
  • Onboarding en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers en uitzendkrachten
  • Actief meedenken en meewerken aan procesverbeteringen
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht en communicatie met andere teamleaders en het plantteam
  • Minstens 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Een coachende leiderschapsstijl en medewerkers kunnen inspireren
  • Je bent bereid te werken van 16:00 tot 24:00 uur (variabele roosters bespreekbaar)
  • Je hebt oog heeft voor kwaliteit en detail
  • Goed kunnen omgaan met ad-hoc situaties
  • Uitstekend Frans spreken, kennis van Nederlands is een plus
