Bij CoreDux in Tilburg zorg jij ervoor dat productieorders soepel doorlopen en dat knelpunten niet worden gemanaged, maar structureel worden opgelost. Jouw rol Als Productieplanner ben je onderdeel van de afdeling Planning & Logistiek. Je stelt de korte- en middellangetermijnplanning van productieorders op en stemt die af met alle relevante afdelingen. Je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleert materiaaltekorten op tijd en schakelt daarvoor direct met Inkoop en de productieleiding. De uitdaging zit in de omgeving. CoreDux maakt jaarlijks zo'n 4.000 unieke producten, voornamelijk made-to-order met korte klant-leadtimes en made-to-stock voor halffabricaten. Met jouw onderzoekende houding, communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen verbind jij de juiste lijntjes en realiseer je een planning die klopt. Wat jij voor elkaar krijgt: - Opstellen en communiceren van de productieplanning voor een efficiente doorstroming en tijdige levering; - Bewaken en controleren van de voortgang van productieorders; - Tijdig signaleren van materiaaltekorten en dit samen met Inkoop oplossen; - Afstemmen van de capaciteitsplanning met de productieleiding; - Omzetten en vrijgeven van planorders en het beoordelen van klantorderacceptatie met het CFT; - Deelnemen aan de projectteams van New Product Introductions (NPI's) en processen structureel verbeteren.
