Je komt terecht bij een internationaal productiebedrijf in Aalst, binnen een supply chain team van ongeveer acht collega's. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheden, maar samenwerking staat centraal en collega's helpen elkaar waar nodig. De cultuur is hands-on: samen de schouders eronder en aan hetzelfde zeel trekken.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Ben jij iemand die graag structuur brengt in een complexe productieomgeving? Krijg je energie van plannen, analyseren en ga je graag op zoek naar verbeteringen? Zoek je een functie waarin je niet alleen achter je computer zit, maar ook begrijpt wat er op de productievloer gebeurt? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Als Productieplanner zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning haalbaar, efficiënt en betrouwbaar is. Je bewaakt dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment en in de juiste hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning, rekening houdend met productiecapaciteit, voorraden, beschikbare grondstoffen en klantbehoeften.
  • Afstemmen met productie, supply chain en andere afdelingen om de planning vlot te laten verlopen en snel bij te sturen wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Analyseren van productie-, voorraad- en capaciteitsgegevens om mogelijke knelpunten tijdig te detecteren en onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.
  • Werken met Excel en ERP-systemen om planningen, data en informatie efficiënt te beheren en te analyseren.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere manieren van werken en openstaan voor nieuwe digitale toepassingen zoals Power BI, automatisering en AI.

Je combineert in deze functie dus een sterke operationele productieplanning met een analytische ingesteldheid. Je hoeft geen IT-specialist te zijn, maar bent wel iemand die graag met data werkt en van nature nieuwsgierig is naar nieuwe technologieën.

  • Een hogere opleiding binnen supply chain of logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van een ERP-systeem zoals SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Vaardig met MS Office (Excel en Word) en interesse in het analyseren van cijfers en gegevens.
  • Je hebt van nature interesse in procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak, gecombineerd met een pragmatische en hands-on ingesteldheid.
