Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de productievloer? Als productiesupervisor combineer je de dagelijkse productieorganisatie met het aansturen en coachen van jouw ploeg. Je zorgt ervoor dat je team veilig werkt en de vooropgestelde productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen behaalt.

  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse productie en plant de personeelsbezetting aan de verschillende installaties.
  • Je past de planning aan bij wisselende omstandigheden, zoals kwaliteitsproblemen, machinestoringen of wijzigingen in de productie.
  • Je stuurt een ploeg productiemedewerkers aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling.
  • Je coacht en motiveert je medewerkers en stimuleert een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je maakt van veiligheid een dagelijkse prioriteit, spreekt medewerkers aan op onveilig gedrag en neemt gerichte acties om ongevallen te voorkomen.
  • Je volgt de productiviteit en productkwaliteit op en grijpt in wanneer resultaten afwijken van de doelstellingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de ISO-instructies gekend zijn en correct worden toegepast.
  • Je bewaakt mee dat producten tijdig en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit aan klanten geleverd worden.
  • Je volgt de opleidingsbehoeften van je medewerkers op en geeft hen ruimte om bij te leren en initiatief te nemen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de productie tijdens overlegmomenten en stemt af met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je werkt in een volcontinu systeem met 5 ploegen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een leidinggevende die mensen weet mee te nemen en overzicht houdt in een industriële productieomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau en hebt affiniteit met een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die graag coacht, motiveert en structuur brengt.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en kan medewerkers overtuigen en betrekken bij veranderingen.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en houdt rekening met veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit.
  • Je kan goed organiseren en stelt de juiste prioriteiten wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je analyseert problemen en neemt doordachte beslissingen om de productie verder te laten verlopen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu systeem met 5 ploegen.
