Je komt terecht in een bedrijf waar je veel autonomie krijgt, een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers aanstuurt en actief meebouwt aan verbeteringen op de werkvloer.

Bovendien start je meteen in een vaste job.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je stemt de planning af, volgt de productie op, ondersteunt collega's bij technische uitdagingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit.

Ondertussen houd je grip op de resultaten, analyseer je productiegegevens en werk je samen met management en interne diensten om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productie;
  • Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een productieteam van ongeveer 30 medewerkers;
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bieden van technische ondersteuning;
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en implementeren van verbeterprojecten;
  • Verwerken en analyseren van productiegegevens en rapporteren aan de directie;
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en waarborgen van een vlotte productieflow.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bouwde gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel medewerkers als management.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring met Lean, 5S of procesverbetering is een mooie troef.
