Als Project Calculator vertaal je technische informatie naar haalbare en onderbouwde offertes. Je werkt nauw samen met Project Managers, Engineers, klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap door te groeien richting Project Manager.

  • Coördineren van aanbestedingsdossiers van aanvraag tot indiening, met aandacht voor deadlines, volledigheid en kwaliteit.
  • Berekenen van uren, materialen, capaciteit en totale kostprijs op basis van plannen, technische documenten en leveranciersoffertes.
  • Prijzen opvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en voorstellen vergelijken.
  • Afstemmen met Project Managers en Project Engineers om offertes met gezonde marges en duidelijke afspraken op te stellen.
  • Uitwerken van technische en commerciële onderdelen van offertes, zoals productfiches, technische beschrijvingen, prijzen en planningen.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega’s op kantoor en op de werf.
  • Bezoeken van klanten en deelnemen aan overlegmomenten om hun noden goed te begrijpen.
  • Stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen met het oog op doorgroei naar Project Manager.

Je combineert een technische achtergrond met een analytische en georganiseerde aanpak. Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen projectmanagement.

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of master Industrieel Ingenieur.
  • Een eerste ervaring in calculatie, offertes, projectvoorbereiding of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving is een pluspunt. Ook relevante stage-ervaring kan volstaan.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office; kennis van Microsoft Project is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met cijfers, plannen en prijsinformatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nieuwsgierig en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende dossiers en stakeholders.
