JOUW ROL Als Project Engineer werk je aan verschillende projecten gericht op verbeteringen in de supply chain van onze Campus locaties in Roosendaal. Jouw ideeën zorgen ervoor dat de afdelingen effectiever en efficienter werken. Denk hierbij aan het ontwerpen van een nieuwe layout voor het warehous en het uitwerken van nieuwe innovaties of automatiseringsoplossingen voor de operatie. Het kan ook zijn dat je fysieke processen, zoals order picking, gaat observeren en deze vergelijkt met het systeem of de bestaande werkwijze. Natuurlijk doe je dit niet alleen! Je werkt intensief samen met je teamgenoten en collega's van andere afdelingen, zoals het warehouse, LEAN, IT, Customer service, Inventory control en (transport)planning. Je gaat met de werkvloer in gesprek, analyseert verschillende (klant)processen door data te verzamelen en koppelt informatie in systemen met de praktijk. Je vertaalt deze analyses naar concrete voorstellen om procedures, processen en systemen te optimaliseren. Je bent onderdeel van ons regionaal Operations Excellence team en rapporteert aan de Area Engineering Lead. Je standplaats is in Roosendaal. Je werkt in een dynamisch en ambitieus team, waar je veel coaching on the job krijgt. In deze rol ben je te vinden op kantoor, maar trek je net zo regelmatig je werkschoenen aan om op de vloer overleg te hebben en analyses uit te voeren! WAT GA JE DOEN?
